Camel's Qeema Pulao
Allah's Question "Do they not look at the camel; how it is Created?” Apart from camel's body features, Allah's Question also includes the answer for His miracles / health benefits induced in camel's meat & milk. Ibn Al Qayyam wrote that "Young camel's meat is one of the tastiest & most nutritious foods, it is mild & beneficial as the sheep's meat, and it is hot & dry, difficult to digest (for some) and begets black bile". But we feel that pure home-made vinegar eliminates all these harms. Camel's meat is the cleanest when you are searching for the fat-less meat; fat in camel's body is not bound to the flesh as other animals possess, fat deposits at certain areas. In fact, camel's fat is also eaten & it is tastier than butter.
Qeemah recipes are tasty with vegetables, but I like Qeema with rice the most, Qeemah Pulao OR Qeemah Biryaani. Brown rice are the rice in actual, the fiber coating is full of minerals & nutrition, they should be soaked for 3 hours at least & they also need a longer cooking time as compared to white rice. And when you ignored them, their demand reduced & eventually the price elevated, almost SR 15/- per kg. With the blessed olive oil, I prepared a precious Pulao recipe with Camel's Qeemah & Brown rice, vinegar can be added as well, and the 2 divine cures induce high digestibility and an irresistible taste. Brown rice are crunchy under the teeth, chewing them is so pleasant; you will feel that you are eating the real nutrition.
