Course Title: Etiquettes of Marital Life – A Journey Through Faith, Respect, and Compassion
A must course for your children who are about to marry
This course is designed to explore the beautiful teachings of Islam regarding marriage, not just as a legal bond, but as a sacred partnership built on love, mercy, and understanding. In this course, we take the foundation from Healing by Akhlaaq (manners-ethics) & this subject is the most ignored.
Conflicts between a husband and wife often arise from trivial and insignificant reasons. If both partners lack the skills to manage these disagreements effectively, the consequences can be severe; & the minor conflicts can escalate unnecessarily ~ resulting in separation (divorce) on a few occasions, which has profoundly harmful, evil and negative impacts on both the husband & wife, & the worst toll falls on the children, which damages their life forever. Therefore, preparing and educating both individuals before Nikaah is essential for building a stable and resilient marriage.
Through the lens of Qur’an, Sunnah, and the lives of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم and the Sahabah, you will learn:
The purpose and foundations of marriage in Islam
Rights and responsibilities of husband and wife
How to cultivate respect, communication, and emotional balance
The importance of Haya (modesty), privacy, and boundaries
The importance of forgiving, Pardon & doing Ehsaan
The importance of controlling the anger
Managing disagreements with Hikmah (wisdom)
Sunnah practices for nurturing love and Barakah in daily life
How to build a home rooted in Deen and mutual compassion
Whether you’re preparing for marriage, newly married, or seeking to strengthen your relationship, this course offers a spiritually rich and practical guide to help you navigate marital life with grace and sincerity.
Marriage in Islam is a journey of the heart, mind, and soul. When lived with sincerity and guided by the Qur’an and Sunnah, it becomes a source of peace in this world and a means of success in the Hereafter.
May Allah grant us Barakah in our marriag and help us uphold the beautiful Sunnah of His beloved Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. Ameen.
