Goat's Labnah Curry
Goat's milk is a miracle of my Allah's creations, soft but creamy, having a unique pleasant smell, it is the best milk for your health. Goat's milk Ghee is expensive, around 120/- Saudi Riyals per kg, but it is a beauty. Goat's milk is rarely found in our neighborhood, but whenever you come across a source, purchase whatever you can. One of my favorite foods is to cook the Yogurt as a curry. And for Goat's milk, I found the LABNAH at an Organic store. Blend Goat's Labnah with onions, peppers, garlic, spices & the WHEY PROTEIN which you get after separating the cottage cheese, never throw that whey protein water in which you can cook all of your curries, it will provide extra energy & nutrition. Once the Labnah & Whey Protein are properly blended, add some olive oil & grated coconut. Turmeric is the most beautiful herb for Yogurt curries. Cook at low heat for 20 minutes & you will have a beautiful Pakora-less KARI, which will never induce acidity. Good digestion is the most vital factor for staying away from diseases.
