Course on Healing by foods of Tibb-e-Nabawi
The blessed foods & drinks (mentioned in Hadith) taken by Rasoolullah صلى الله عليه وسلم, and the principles / guidelines of selecting some & avoiding certain foods, all these in combination make the TIBB-E-NABAWI diet as the best in the entire world.
Unfortunately, Tibb-e-Nabawi diet is the least known to Muslims, & those who know it have ignored it; and few people who consume these foods prepare them with wrong procedure (at few occasions).
